We want you to be glad you spent $5 on Next and AI. If you aren't, you can have your money back.

14 days, no questions asked

If you're unhappy with the ebook for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to ask

Reply to the Stripe receipt email you received after paying, and tell us you'd like a refund. That's all we need. If you want to, add one line about what didn't work for you. It's optional, and it never affects your refund.

How you're refunded

We refund the full $5 to the card or payment method you paid with. We process requests as soon as we see them. Your bank or card issuer may then take 5–10 business days to show the refund on your statement.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days aren't eligible for a refund. If something went wrong with your purchase, such as a download link that doesn't work or a duplicate charge, reply to your receipt and we'll put it right, whenever you bought the book.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
